The first time I met Cy was on a mud covered site in March 2012, where it was apparent that nothing deterred his infectious enthusiasm and attention to detail.
As our project manager for our new home, Cy was thorough in his understanding of the architectural plans and specific materials for our no ordinary construction. He was always a step-ahead and had construction moving along at a fair and constant pace, which was also in part to the obvious respect he has with all trades.
Every aspect of the build shined with his skill for excellence and have the job done properly the first time. He constantly kept us informed of every step of construction and any foreseeable challenges were tackled well before they would arise and cause delay.
Due to his experience and ability, plus his warm-nature, Cy had made the daunting concept of building a new home a most exciting and rewarding challenge.
Any construction that has Cy as their project manager will have no regrets.

Cy Lynch-Woodlock has been known to us for 3 years. He project managed the major rebuild of our family home during 2012-2013.
Not only was the quality and timeliness of the job exceptional but his attention to detail and genuine care and pride in his work was outstanding.
Cy is a quiet man who leads by example without ego or fuss. The mood he established on site with his team was hardworking, respectful and with good humour. We found Cy to be very accommodating of our needs and changes that we made along the way. He was always polite and genuine and no job or detail was too small or menial.
Even after we reached practical completion Cy was always happy to come back and follow up on small items that needed attending to.
We are thrilled with our new home which won an award from the Housing Industry Association and was shortlisted for the Australian “Houses” Awards. These accolades are testament to Cy and his team’s hard work and dedication in delivering us our dream home.
